I called at 4:40pm, they close at 5pm yes I know I was cutting it close but just needed to make a quick appointment for tomorrow, they kept me in the call cue for almost 30 minutes until 5:09pm and then just hung up on me…why keep me on hold almost 10 minutes extra instead of hanging up at 5pm when you want to close off calls or why even take calls into the cue at 4:40pm and make us wait for nothing.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the conditions at the public restroom of the grocery store located at 3725 South 144th Street, Tukwila, WA 98168. During my visit, I was appalled to find toilet cleaning brushes carelessly placed on the sink where handwashing is expected. This poses a significant hygiene risk. The lack of proper sanitation demonstrates a disregard for public health standards, potentially endangering vulnerable individuals such as children and the elderly who are more susceptible to bacterial infections. I strongly urge the health department to conduct an immediate inspection of this establishment and provide comprehensive guidance on maintaining sanitary conditions. This level of negligence is unacceptable and demands immediate corrective action.

Great job running the Covid Vaccination center in Kent at ShoWare Center! The whole team was great. Shout outs to Leon who found me on the street to save an expiring dose and Sharon and the whole team who vaccinated me! True professionals and front line heroes!

This was the absolute worst experience I ever had with dealing with a dental emergency. On a Monday I broke my tooth and was experiencing pain and couldn’t eat. I tried 5 dentists until I found a place that would take my insurance. I went into Seattle Public Health on a Tuesday and they told me they would schedule me for Friday to get the tooth fixed. When I got there Friday morning they took ONE ex-ray and then told me I would have to come back in over a month. They flat out told me I could get the tooth fixed on Friday and then turned me down. That same day I went to another dentist and paid the 400$ for a filling. It took them 30 minutes. I am never going back to this place again.
